Survival Skills for Girls with ADD/ADHD in Seattle:
An Eight Week Support and Coaching Group for High School Students

Support and Coaching Group for Girls with ADD ADHD High School

Each week you will:

  • Meet other young women who can relate to your ADD/ADHD experiences in a fun, relaxing environment.

  • Learn organization, time management, and study skills that are particularly helpful for ADD/ADHD.

  • Have the opportunity to get help for your own ADD/ADHD related issues. Learn how other people in high school manage their challenges and get some coaching around your own.

  • Practice different stress reduction techniques that you can use at home or at school to help you sleep better at night, think more clearly, reduce test anxiety, and feel less overwhelmed.

  • Get and give support for meeting your goals between sessions through group “accountability” emails.
